The heated floor should be serviced on an annual basis before the heating season starts. The service includes servicing tubing, pumps, boiler, and other components of the system.
Check for leaks and system startup. At the same time, the boiler should be serviced. Doing regular service on the heated floor system will ensure that the system works efficiently and provides great comfort.
We also offer tubing location inspection and service.
If you need to open a concrete slab or heated floor, we will locate and mark the tubing on the floor so it won't be damaged during the project.
